The "scatter-to-set" automatic process system has a 360-meter-long, 75-meter-wide process greenhouse, strip silo, automatic unloading dust removal room, underground corridor and other closed operation areas, mainly including unloading, stacking, reclaiming, packing and horizontal transportation five system modules, in strengthening the operation of dust suppression, reducing cargo damage, improving the efficiency of packing, improving the level of automation and other aspects to achieve new breakthroughs, enhance the port green and low-carbon development level. Bring customers a new experience of environmentally friendly, green, intelligent and fast "scattered, renovated, collected" full-process and fully automated service.
The design concept of the system is first-class in China, and most of the process equipment is the first in China, which meets the needs of customers for CDQ without adding water to the box, and the dust suppression rate is as high as 97%, truly realizing the "dry to dry go" of CDQ. Among them, a series of intelligent process equipment such as the first high-precision intelligent weighing and dumping machine system and the through-type hydraulic unloading platform in China can realize the functions of data sharing and trade delivery and avoid secondary reversal; for the first time in China, the large-scale application of oil-electric hybrid low mast straddle carrier in the scene of "scattered to centralized" in the port is flexible, lightweight, efficient and energy-saving, and greatly improves the utilization rate of the yard; the most advanced remote-controlled stacker, unattended automatic weighing and fully automated packing system are adopted in China to accurately allocate warehouses and reduce risks, which can save 50% Labor cost: the whole system introduces permanent magnet motor, which improves the efficiency by 30% and reduces the energy consumption by 20%, and has significant advantages such as short construction period, excellent working environment, high operation efficiency and strong safety.

Development of deep-sea intelligent cages2020 Shandong Provincial Key R&D Plan
According to relevant research, China's aquaculture demand will exceed 65 million tons in 2027, of which marine aquaculture will reach more than 50%. If it is calculated that deep-sea aquaculture will fully replace near-shore aquaculture, 150,000 m³ of aquaculture water will be required to meet the demand of 30 million tons. In this context, this project carries out the development of large-scale aquaculture cages in the deep sea.
The large-scale remote intelligent aquaculture cage we developed is mainly used for the cultivation of salmon trout, and the design water body of a single cage is not less than 75,000 m³. The cage has the functions of fish feed storage and automatic feeding, digital monitoring and automatic control, aquaculture light control, underwater air replenishment, etc., while considering the cleaning of marine organisms attached to the net and structure, and the collection and transportation of adult fish.
At the same time, the cage also has power, electricity, communications, fire and life-saving, ship berthing and other platform functions, which will promote the intelligence and automation of aquaculture equipment, and promote the convergence and development of upstream and downstream industrial chains, and promote the development of marine fisheries in a green, coordinated and sustainable direction.

The products we develop have the characteristics of advanced technology, energy saving and environmental protection, reducing potential safety hazards, and high operational reliability. The equipment has a large truck speed of 270 m/min, a lifting speed of 90 m/min, high operation efficiency, strong anti-interference ability, and can operate 24 hours a day, which well meets the needs of automated yard upgrades, and has strong technical portability, which is of great significance to the development of smart ports.

Development of a new super-large 70t-70m quay crane based on a digital platform2020 Shandong Provincial Key R&D Plan
The 70t-70m quay crane is a new super-large digital intelligent port machinery equipment, the whole machine is based on digital design, with a unique "single lifting-scissor frame double spreader structure" and advanced intelligent control system blessing, the maximum lifting capacity of 70 tons, the maximum lifting height of 52 meters, and the ultra-long reach of up to 70 meters, which can load and unload the world's largest container ships.
With the integration of artificial intelligence (AI), big data, laser scanning technology and all-round immersive control experience, the 70t-70m quay crane has successfully built a networked architecture system of "Internet of Everything" and "Intelligent Connection of Everything", and built an intelligent management and control platform with equipment as the core of the whole life cycle in the system, providing one-stop management services for equipment management. The application of a series of new technologies has improved the automation and intelligence level of quay cranes, laying the foundation for building a smart port and leading the future of the industry.

Energy saving, green and environmental protection are the necessary elements of the current port development, among which the portal crane and horizontal transport belt conveyor are the main force of port loading and unloading, and how to save energy and reduce consumption is one of the topics of current port research. Shandong Port Equipment Group Co., Ltd. is the manufacturing sector of Shandong Port, which undertakes the manufacturing and maintenance tasks of port gantry cranes and horizontal conveying equipment. This project studies the application of permanent magnet drive technology to port portal cranes and horizontal transportation belt conveyors to help the construction of a world-class smart green port.
After the belt conveyor drag system adopts permanent magnet electric drum, the reliability is greatly improved, the energy efficiency of the system is greatly improved (the system energy saving rate is ≥14%), the maintenance workload is greatly reduced, and the overall performance of the belt conveyor is improved.
After the portal crane is changed to a first-class energy-efficient permanent magnet synchronous motor, the volume is smaller, and the space layout is more concise and reasonable. The use of vector control, magnetic pole offset method, sensorless sliding mode control algorithm and other sophisticated technologies, so that the motor has a wider frequency conversion range, low-frequency operation has higher efficiency and power factor, to achieve energy saving and efficiency. Cooperate with the dynamic monitoring and self-diagnosis system of equipment operation, and automatically voice alarm to perceive faults to achieve the purpose of effective automatic control.

Electric propulsion large backhoe dredger
The marine environmental protection electric propulsion large-scale backhoe dredger project won the second prize of China Port Science and Technology Progress Award and the production of the first (set) technical equipment and key core components in Shandong in 2021.
The project uses Weldox960 high-strength plate to make the digging arm, which is the first time in China to adopt the digging arm welding process of 960MPa thick plate with yield strength, so as to ensure the maximum excavation depth of 1370KN, meet the excavation requirements of soft rock and weathered rock with compressive strength of 50MPa and below, and stronger than the excavation capacity of the Tiankun cutter suction dredger (45MPa). R&D is equipped with a depth monitoring system, which can display the depth data in real time to prevent over-excavation, and can realize the calculation of the amount of mud in the selected area. R&D is equipped with a dynamic monitoring and adjustment system, which can display the change of tidal range in real time and warn and adjust the height of hydraulic steel piles.

41 ton 36.5 m fully automatic rail-mounted container gantry crane
The "41 ton/36.5 meter automatic rail-mounted container gantry crane" adopts advanced technologies such as laser ranging, thermal imaging, audio detection, and intelligent perception to realize system functions such as path prediction, automatic obstacle avoidance, spreader attitude correction, automatic box matching, and real-time monitoring of temperature and noise. The automatic rail crane uses the most advanced unmanned and automated technology in the relevant fields in China, and through a series of technologies, it not only realizes the large-scale intelligent upgrading and transformation of the traditional rail crane in the wharf yard, but also through the establishment of the precise positioning system of the whole machine operation and the application of the fire visualization system and the online health monitoring system, so that the yard operation capacity of the transformed equipment is more advantageous than the wharf yard operation capacity of the traditional equipment, and the rationality, reliability and stability of the whole process.
The maximum lifting capacity of the whole machine is 41 tons, the track gauge is 36.5 meters, equipped with a series of functions such as automatic weighing, laser scanning, intelligent identification, positioning and automatic anchoring, etc., which can realize the intelligent automatic operation with the unmanned container truck in the yard, and is equipped with a remote operation platform, with fully automatic, semi-automatic and manual operation functions, which reduces the energy consumption and labor cost of the rail crane, improves the safety and operation efficiency of the wharf, and effectively promotes the intelligent development of China's traditional container industry. Effectively ensure the smooth progress of the conversion of new and old kinetic energy in Shandong Province.
